How to Order
Every pair of 9LC shoes is handmade to order in India. Whether you choose one of our designs or have an idea of your own, we can create a pair specifically for you.
Option 1: Order from Our Collection
- Choose your style — Browse our collection and pick the shoe you love.
- Place your order — Add to cart and complete checkout.
- Send your measurements — We'll email you a measurement guide after purchase so we can make your shoes to the correct fit.
- We craft your pair — Allow 2–3 weeks for handmade production. Every pair is made individually by our artisan team.
- Shipped to your door — We ship worldwide from Kolkata. You'll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Option 2: Enquire Before You Buy
Not ready to place an order yet? That's perfectly fine.
Use our Enquiry Form if you:
- Want to discuss sizing or fit before ordering
- Need a different material, colour or finish
- Have questions about our barefoot construction
- Want to customise one of our existing designs
- Have your own shoe design or reference that you'd like us to develop
- Want to discuss a completely custom pair
